If you have a smart meter you don't need to do anything as we'll get your reading automatically. If your meter isn't smart, please call us on 02 4883 6781 and we'll record the meter read. If your final meter reading seems unusual compared to what you've typically used at this address, we may need to send a technician to confirm your reading. Be aware, that there is a fee for this which will be added to your final bill.
